Entity Gather Request - Import File Option

When creating an entity Gather Request, we are using the Import File feature to create custom DRLs for the client we are sending to. There was immediate feedback from clients that they can not read the entire line of the items we are requesting.  The client must hover to see the entire description - I have added a screenshot below.  Can this be updated for an easier to use client experience?  Thanks!
