Backup Multi-Factor Authentication for Firm Users
Currently firm users only have the option to authenticate through SMS text messages. When Verizon was down recently, many of our firm users lost access to authenticate into SafeSend. There is currently no backup authentication for firm users. This would have been critical had it happened near or on a deadline. Please consider adding a backup MFA for firm users.

Why only backup? Just offer two (or more) choices. Don't our clients get a choice between text and email?
Also, wasn't SafeSend bought out by Thomson Reuters? They offer at least three options of verification.
This was effectively resolved by the fact that signing-in is now done through Thomson Reuters.
