Save Templates for Additional E-Sign Documents in Gather and Organizers (maybe everywhere in the Suite?)

We send our custom Engagement letter to clients through Gather/Organizer using the Additional E-Sign Documents step both One-off and in Batches. Currently we need to drag/drop 3 signature and date boxes and a check boxes to different pages in the filer. We need to do this every time we send a new client a Gather or Organizer either One-off and for each Batch.

We are requesting the ability to save our custom Engagement Letter, with the signature/date/checkboxes/etc. already placed, as a Template we can then add to each Gather/Organizer we send out. This would save a lot of time for our staff spent dragging, dropping and lining up the same boxes on the same letter multiple times a day during Organizer delivery season.
