Clients having SMS for MFA option on all SafeSend Modules

Can you please make it an option for the client to use SMS as their MFA option for all aspects of SafeSend (Secure File Transfer, Signatures, Returns, etc.) vs. forcing them to use the email OTP code?

We have had some clients experience issues with receiving the email OTP code, where providing them the option to use SMS would solve this problem for us. I could only get the client to use SMS when signing into the client portal, which does not help if we want the client to upload to a folder link specifically or if the client does not need to setup a portal.

  • Commenting on this option after the email access code outage that happened last week. If there was an alternative for MFA on all SafeSend modules, it would have prevented total disruption for our workflow as clients could not access anything from SafeSend when email code was the only option available to proceed with authenticating.
