SafeSend Returns
Resolved Issues
- Fixed an issue where some taxpayers could not access their returns via a resent access link. This only occurred if their email address was changed after delivery.
SafeSend Exchange
Resolved Issues
- Fixed an additional issue with notifications for drop-off links that were about to expire. Notification emails were not sent properly if a document was not downloaded. Notifications are now sent at the following intervals: 4 days, 2 days, and 24 hours before expiration.
- Fixed an issue where renewal emails for SafeSend Exchange were not automatically sent to customers.
