Custom questions, engagement letters, and fillable organizers to Sureprep.
The option to send to Sureprep is a a wonderful addition, however part of GatherAI's functionality is the ability to get signed engagement letters, answered questions, and filled out organizers. However those documents are not able to be sent to sureprep and have to be downloaded and uploaded separately. Adding that either as a default or even as an option would be very nice. There's no point to having a client answer due diligence questions if we can't see the answers and have them documented for our records.

I agree completely, at this point its a nuisance to need to jump back and forth between SafeSend and Sureprep to see the responses. Or if you want them in SurePrep, you have to download from SafeSend and reupload to Sureprep. At that point the integration is pointless. The whole point of the questionnaire and the organizer is to get information that will help in preparation of the tax return. Since we use SurePrep for the preparation and review function, it would be nice to have them all in the same system. Efficiency is key. The integration is a great feature, but would like to get more than just the client uploaded docs.
