Gather AI - Document Upload Status
I would like to have the ability to change the client's document upload status. We sent out our Gather requests last week, and I have had a number of clients upload one or two documents and then click on the "finish" button. They are clearly not finished, but if I can't change the status they won't receive any of the reminder emails in the future. I would like to be able to change that back to "upload" status. (I would also like to be able to change "downloaded" back to "upload" status as well since sometimes I just wanted to see something but it wasn't actually ready to go yet)

YES! The client marked "Finish" but then called and knows they have to upload more files. They have the access to continue uploading, however, the firm doesn't have the ability to change it back to "Upload" so we don't go ahead and download everything. We don't want it until we know we are ready to work on it because those additional files may take 2 weeks.
YES. Even when I practiced on my daughter's Gather request I did this....so I know how EASY it is to mark Finshed when you are not. :)
Yes, this seems like a problem a lot of firms are having. We need ability to change "finish" status back to upload.
