Allow client to mark other signature as not needed - deceased or divorced

Signatures & Gather - It would be most helpful if the CLIENT can mark the other signature as not applicable this year and be required to give a reason - deceased, divorced. We have several clients call because the taxpayer or spouse has passed away during the year or they have divorced during the year. We have to delete the original request and resend with only one signature required.
