Would like "Finished" Gather Reminders and/or ability to change "Finished" status

Currently clients often mark their Gather as "finished" when they are not finished uploading documents.  They receive a pop-up stating that they can come back later to upload further documents, but they do not receive automated reminders or manual reminders to continue uploading source documents. 
We would like either the ability to change the "finished" status back to a status that delivers document upload reminders or for the "finished" status to continue delivering automatic reminder for source document uploads until the Gather is closed by the firm.

  • I asked for a pop-up to say something when they clicked on "FINISH" so a pop-up says something to the effect of "Are you sure" and then let them know Save and Close is the better option if they are not completely finished.

    I've been sifting through DOZENS of items on my dashboard that say finished and they are nowhere near finished.  We can tell the clients until they are blue in the face to click on Save and Close and they won't remember. 

    We are asking too much of them but not giving them little pop-up hints.  We are on SafeSend every day.  They only go on once a year.
