Paginate Bookmark Function

Please add a tool/command/button that when used will automatically create a "page #" bookmark for each page in the PDF file. Bookmarks would correspond to a singe=le page in the PDF file and would be numbered with that page's location in the file (page 1, page 2, page 3,....).
