Client Confusion regarding Uploading to Gather after clicking "Finished"
I have had clients insist that they can not upload to Gather AI after they have marked their documents as "Finished". I know they CAN still do this and have tested it myself, however, I believe they are confused by the landing page when they go back into Gather due to the menu shown. Because it shows "View" under "Upload Document", they do not realize they can still click on that option and add more documents to their file. I suggest you change that to "View and Upload More" for clarity.

If the language said something like "View or Upload more" that would be MUCH clearer
