Drop-off Links - Link up to User listed in Client Management

If a client is listed in client management and we've assigned an ERO to that client, and we have a specific admin(USER) that's responsible for that ERO, then that user should automatically be the clients DEFAULT DROP OFF LINK. Instead right now the default is one admin who gets everything from every client.
