Secure File Transfer - Tax Year

Currently when composing a Secure File Transfer message, the tax year is under a separate settings tab than the main body of the message being composed.  Because this tax year determines where the attached document is stored within the client's portal, is it possible to get the tax year feature moved to the main message screen (as it is when creating a DRL) for better visibility to the sender?
