Gather AI Questionnaire - Make the answer selection area bigger and more visible
I've fielded a dozen or more calls and emails from clients this week saying that they can't answer the questionnaire because they are trying to click on the WORD to answer the question (yes or no) when the bubble is just in front of the word.
The bubbles are very difficult to see, a white bubble on a white background with just a tiny bit of shading around it. The clickable area and bubble need to be MUCH more visible for our clients. Once they click the right spot they end up feeling bad that they called to get help over it, so we're not only frustrating clients thinking the software is broken, but making them feel bad about it by it being such a simple issue.
Make the selection area bigger and brighter.
