Gather - manual changing of SP Binder Status

Because we use both SurePrep Binder & TTC within our workflow, those Gathers that don't get automated to SurePrep just sit in a "ready" status in the SP Binder Status column.  It would be helpful to be able to change these to a status such as "No SPB" for those that we don't send through to SurePrep.

  • I agree 100%. It would also be nice if you could select which documents were sent to the binder, including the questionnaire and organizer. Sometimes clients upload duplicate documents or documents that aren't relevant. If we had the ability to select which documents are sent to the binder this would be a much better process (similar to TaxCaddy). Now our team is having to download the client's documents and manually create the binder with only the relevant documents. Including the client's comments in the organizer would also be really helpful. They don't "live" anywhere except the comments box in the organizer. You have to flip through the pages and find them. These notes are for the preparers and we have an admin/bookkeeping team sorting.
