Gather - Page Navigation Circles

We have received numerous client comments about confusion over how to navigate between the different pages in Gather. The circles at the top of the page are a very helpful tool, but we are finding that clients don't realize that they are click-able and allow them to hop around quickly & easily. I think having some wording at the top would be helpful in letting clients know they can click the circles to navigate. Something short & simple like "Page Navigation", "Navigation Bubbles", or "Click to Jump to Page" would be helpful.
