Fix Search and Filtering in SafeSend Modules
Can you please update the filtering function for all the SafeSend modules to be consistent and the same as how you can filter in SafeSend Signatures?
For example, if I want search results to show up for searching for all signature requests with the client’s name containing “Smith” in Signatures, it will pull all the Delivered signature requests that contain that word in it. This is a very useful search/filter capability.
In contrast with the other SafeSend Modules (ex. Gather & Returns), I am unable to have search results for keywords that may be contained in an item. I can only select one existing item to perform the search results.
This is very frustrating if want to have multiple selections or filtering based on if the field value contains (such as the “Smith” example). Another example is if we want to have a filter or search results to show an entire family’s gather request items, we can’t do that right now.
It makes no sense to me that the searching and filtering capability is not consistent across all SafeSend modules and has been very frustrating for our users during busy season. Please fix this.

Agreed! If your are searching a specific name first or last, we would like to have ALL of them listed, not have to pick just one! This is especially frustrating when you have multiple trusts or entities with a common name in all.
