Add Total files uploaded area for Clients

Clients have been very confused about if their documents have been uploaded or not because they are not seeing the total number of documents they have submitted. After explaining that submitted documents and additional documents equal the total documents that they uploaded they understand but it would help cut down on phone calls if there was a total files uploaded box next to additional documents so clients can clearly see how many documents they have sent.
