Client Instruction Email Templates

Can the ability to choose a different set of Client Instruction Emails please be available per item, and/or batch?  

We are able to create different versions of the emails, but we can't select the version we need when different scenarios apply.  Instructions for a business/entity can differ from those of an individual.  It would be great to customize separate emails for businesses/entities and individuals, and be able to choose which version is needed in the moment.

This would allow firms to be clearer in the actual emails clients receive (Initial, reminders, downloaded forms, etc).
