Make Checkboxes On Gather Tax Organizers Visible During Processing Phase
The checkboxes Gather inserted on our software printed tax organizers "Questions" Page were not lining up. Our tax preparing software was not printing the tax organizers "Standard Questions" correctly. This was their issue. This was happening randomly. Yes, we did our due diligence and test the organizers. They checkboxes did line up.
In the Gather processing phase, we do not see where Gather will place the checkboxes on the tax organizer.
It would be helpful to see the placement of the checkboxes while processing the organizer. If there is a problem with the checkboxes for whatever reason, we can fix the problem before the request is sent to the client.
