An update to SafeSend products was released. See below for more information about the changes.

SafeSend Signatures

Improvements

SafeSend Signatures now cancels the upload of encrypted, password-protected, and partially-signed files and displays a message to the user. These types of files can't be signed and caused some confusion for users if they were accidentally uploaded.

If an error occurs and a document cannot be signed, it will now be marked with a signature status of SIGNATURE STAMPING FAILED. An email will also be sent to the user notifying them of the problem.

Resolved Issues

Fixed an issue where reminder notifications were being sent to signers who had declined signing or who were canceled from signing.
