Unified Client Activity View Across Modules

We'd love to see an enhancement in SafeSend One that gives a more unified view of each client across all modules (Returns, Gather, etc.). It would be really helpful to be able to look up a client and quickly see everything they currently have outstanding all in one place. Right now, since reminders are handled separately in each module, it’s easy to think a reminder was turned off when it is actually still active somewhere else, which can lead to clients getting multiple notifications. We've had client complaints as a result, so a single, consolidated view would make things much clearer and help avoid that confusion.

  • Yes! This exactly! We've had many client complaints and it's time consuming having to go to each module to search for a client and see what they are receiving.

  • Also the Client Portal should pull the information from Client Management; when we have clients leave us; there are too many places we have to go to remove them from the system; Client Management should be the homebase
