Voucher Watermarks
There should be a huge overhaul to the watermark section of vouchers. Currently I only have TWO options for watermarks. What should I do when neither of those options applies to the amount due? Add Custom? And then not have the text I enter show up on emails? I can't even leave the watermark section BLANK for payments that are NOT required to be paid online and are NOT scheduled for automatic withdrawal.
I submitted a ticket about this problem and I get a garbage AI response minutes later telling me to “If you need to communicate specific payment instructions to your clients, you may want to include those details in other communication fields or direct messages, as the custom watermark will not appear in reminder emails”
The fact that a platform that constantly tries to market itself as a one stop place and yet I am told to communicate outside of SafeSend to the client looks incredibly unprofessional on not only my firm's side but SafeSend's as well. Ever since the Thomson Reuters acquisition stuff like this has been happening. I will no longer be recommending SafeSend to other firms.
