Gather & Tax Returns delivery- add client name

We have MANY clients that use the same email for kids, entities, etc. It can be very confusing and frustrating for our clients when receiving multiple emails/links to know which gather or return it is for. Can you please add the client name when sending out Gather, Tax Return or any automated email out to the client.

    Hello Amanda!

    You can actually do this in the program! A System Admin will want to open up Settings > Client Instructions. You can edit the default messages, and add a variable to the Subject or Email Body that will auto-fill the recipient's name for quick verification of who the link is for!

    At this time the <TASKLIST> variable is only built for the default message, but it may make its way into our variables down the road! We'll update our firm users when that is available for use.
