Copy link for delivered tax return - even if the client hasn't opened the email
We have situations where the client does not receive the initial or reminder emails for SafeSend Returns. They follow all of the suggestions like checking spam, etc... In these cases, we need to be able to copy the link and email it to them manually. The fact that we can't copy the link until, they open the original email completely ignores the reason we need to copy the link in the first place. We need to be able to copy the link even if they haven't opened the original email.
