Bring Back Fixed page width to Delivered returns page

I absolutely HATE the need to scroll left & right or remove columns to see all columns on the returns (send, delivered, archived) pages - why can't you allow us to change the column widths, or at the very least let us move the columns we use to places where we can see them without having to scroll left and right with that tiny bar? It's so much harder to use these pages now. This is why we have to download every return - because you make it so hard to find anything on the SafeSend pages.
