Exchange Drop Off Links
I'd like to propose a change to the Company Drop Off link in SafeSend Exchange. Most of us use this link in our email signature, but discovered it's causing us unnecessary extra work. We really like the feature of allowing clients to choose who they send documents to, but have found it to be a problem that they can send the same document to multiple people without us knowing. (Every person who received the document was taking time to process it without knowing others were doing the same.) So, my proposal would be either,
1. Provide a way to limit the recipients to a single staff member, or
2. Allow the staff to see who received the document(s) so we can confirm with each other who will do the processing.

Both of these options can be handled within the program! A Firm Admin can edit your settings to allow for both of these things.
For limiting to a single recipient, you'll want to change your Portal Configuration settings. Uncheck 'Allow sender to include multiple recipients' and a sender can send files to only one contact point at a time.
To allow users to see received files, you will want to enable your Received Item History Report for all users. The steps to do so are in our Help Center article here: Received Item History Report.
