An update to SafeSend products was released. See below for more information about the changes.

SafeSend Suite -- Note: This update is only for SafeSend Organizers and Extensions

Help Center and Report a Problem changes

All products in the SafeSend Suite now have the Help Center button located at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar. Clicking on it will take you to the SafeSend Help Center for that product.

A new Support button has been added to the top navigation bar. If you are experiencing any issues, click the Support button to bring up the Report a Problem pop-up.

SafeSend Extensions

Improvements

• SafeSend Extensions now properly handles long taxpayer names on Form 4868. Previously, it could accidentally combine taxpayer and spouse names from returns generated by CCH Axcess and ProSystem fx.

Resolved Issues

• Fixed an issue where an extension sent as Review Only was getting labeled as AWAITING E-SIGN in Delivered Extensions. The status should be N/A.
