Amended Returns
Hello. We do a lot of 1040 and 1120 amended returns. It would be great if this was something that was supported to send through safesend

Hi Trevor,
While we don't technically support amended return types, some users do have success with uploading! If you upload and receive a "Ready" status, you are good to continue processing the return as normal.
We just ask that you check that all fields and information were pulled correctly. Since this return type is not technically supported, there could be some minor issues such as a form not going to the correct tab, or numbers/dates not being pulled correctly. This is all editable as needed.

My firm amends returns often by adding an "X" to the client number. I don't know if this helps.
I would agree - we do a lot of Amended returns and it would be extremely beneficial to have SafeSend support them.
