KBA not required by the IRS??

I have been reading that KBA has not been required by the IRS for several years now but the option for KBA on 1040's in SafeSend still shows (Required by the IRS). Has anyone turned off this set...

The IRS is still accepting paper checks and UT will print vouchers. In General/Bank you need to go below the bank information section to "Refund/Payment Options" and select option 7 Paper check.
