This should definitely be a full page or at least a box that sizes itself to the message.  Clients do not scroll and then get frustrated when they can't figure things out.

3. Custom Questions and Organizer are no longer one step

I don't completely mind them being two steps for the client but then I do think they should also be two steps on our end.  Some clients are only completing the questionnaire, skipping the Organizer...
