Filter selections

When we click on a filter and select an item, the drop down automatically closes after each selection. Please make the drop down list stay open so that we can select multiple items.

We are having the same issue with clients clicking on the client portal link and then calling us because it isn't clear that they need to set up a portal before they can advance.
