This keeps happening to me too in returns and organizers. I'm actively doing things and it logs me off. This CAN NOT happen. It absolutely needs to be fixed.

I agree. I always have to take a screenshot and move it to the side so I know what I’m entering.

I haven't had any returns with payments due yet but I would hope that with this new feature it can now read EFT payments. I'll keep an eye out. Thanks for the heads up.
