1. Welcome to the TicTie Calculate Bookmarking and Repagination tutorial. This feature allows you to add bookmarks to a PDF, then repaginate the document to re-order the pages to match the bookmark tree.
2. The first step is to open your TicTie Calculate tools menu in Adobe.
3. Click the Bookmarks tool.
4. Click Use Bookmark Template.
5. You may want to move the Set Bookmark Template window to another monitor to more easily see the PDF pages displayed in Adobe.
6. Click Toggle Bookmarks Pane to open or close the Bookmarks panel in Adobe.
7. Click the Zoom drop-down to select how the page will display when the bookmark is clicked.
8. Click Next Page to view the next page of the PDF.
9. Click Previous Page to view the previous page of the PDF.
10. Click Build Your Own Bookmark Template to be directed to your online portal, where you can create and edit bookmark templates. For TicTie Calculate version 6, only TTC Managers and System Admins have access to this dashboard.
11. Click Delete All Bookmarks to remove all existing bookmarks in Adobe. This step is helpful when working with a new document to ensure pages are not double bookmarked, but is not required.
12. Click Yes to confirm that you would like all existing bookmarks deleted.
13. To start bookmarking, first select a Bookmark Template from the drop-down.
14. This list contains default templates, as well as any custom templates you have created.
15. Click Apply to start using the selected template.
16. Click the arrow next to a section title to expand it.
17. Click the arrow again to expand the child bookmark.
18. Click <description> to add a custom nested bookmark name for the selected page as needed.
19. Type the bookmark name in the Bookmark Text box.
20. Click Set Bookmark to apply the selected bookmark to the page of the PDF displayed in Adobe.
21. As you work through the document, you can see the bookmark tree in Adobe update in real time.
22. Once the desired pages have been bookmarked, click Close to exit the Set Bookmark Template window.
23. Click Repaginate to reorder the pages of the PDF to match the bookmark tree.
24. Click Yes to confirm you would like to reorder the PDF.
25. After repagination, bookmarks and pages can be moved manually in Adobe, or you can use the Bookmark and Repaginate features again.
