Welcome to our step-by-step guide for how to best stay connected with SafeSend. We'll walk you through how to sign up for update notifications, post to our community boards, and reach out to our Support staff.
Create a Zendesk® account to follow new posts, create your own posts, vote on existing posts, and view your Support tickets. Your SafeSend username/password does not carry over to Zendesk®; a separate login must be created.
- Navigate to support.safesend.com.
- Click SIGN IN in the top right-hand corner.
- Click Sign up.
- Enter your name.
- Enter your email.
- Click Sign up.
- Check your email for an activation link.
- Click Create a Password in the email.
- Enter your name.
- Enter your password.
- Click Set Password.
Congratulations, now you can sign in to our Help Center and Community Boards!
You can follow any of our Community boards to receive an email notification of new posts. We recommend that you follow the Product Release Notes thread to stay up to date with new products, features and enhancements within the SafeSend One platform.
- Navigate to our Community Board.
- Select a board.
- Click Follow.
- New Posts sends notifications of new posts in the thread.

You post to our Community boards to discuss workflows and questions with other firms, or suggest feature updates.
Note:
Please do not post to the Hot Topics or Product Release Notes boards; these are meant for SafeSend to communicate news and updates to users.
New Post
- Navigate to our Community Board.
- Select a Feature Request board to submit a product enhancement request OR
- Select a General Discussion board to start a conversation.
- Click New Post.
- Enter post Titel and Details.
- Click SUBMIT.
Vote or Comment
- Navigate to our Community Board.
- Select a Feature Request board OR
- Select a General Discussion board.
- Click a Post Subject to open the thread.
- Click an Arrow icon to up vote or down vote the post OR
- Enter a Comment at the bottom of the post.
- Click Submit to post your comment.
Access your My activites section to see your Support requests, posts/comments, and which boards you are currently following.
- Sign in to our Help Center.
- Click your name in the top right corner.
- Select My activities.
- Click the Requests tab to view your Support tickets.
- Click a ticket subject to open the request details.
- Click the Contributions tab to view your posts and comments.
- Click a post title to review the full post and comments.
- Click the Following tab to see what boards you are currently following.
- Click unfollow to stop recieving email updates.
In the case of an incident or outage, our status page is updated with incident details as soon as we are aware of an issue. Subscribe to emails to stay up to date with incident reports, statuses, and resolutions.
- Navigate to safesend.statuspage.io.
- Click Subscribe to Updates in the top right corner.
- Enter your Email address.
- Select Subscirbe via Email.
If you need to report an issue or ask a question, you can reach out to our Support staff. We offer several avenues of communication. You can see our current office hours in the Contact section of our website.

Chat with our AI powered assitant to get questions answered quickly, especially outside of our office hours, or request to speak with a live agent.
- Locate a Headset Icon in our Help Center or in product.

Report a Problem
You can Report a Problem from the Actions menu in most SafeSend dashboards. This provides our Support team with additional details about the item that can be very useful for troubleshooting.
Please include as many details as possible to help ensure a fast and accurate response.
- Click the ... More menu.
- Click Report a Problem.
- Enter a detailed Description of the issue or question.
- Click Add an Attachment to include a screenshot or file (optional).
- Click Submit.
Our Support staff will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible via email.
