Unable to configure Download ESign webhook using Powerautomate?

I am using PowerAutomate to set up Download ESign webhook which gives me the API endpoint and I set a x-api-key in the Request Body JSON schema (using enum making sure it can only be that specific API value) in addition to the Request Body provided by SafeSend in the documentation. I tested it in Postman by sending a POST request to that endpoint and it works as long as I pass the correct x-api-key in the body otherwise it does not - which is expected behavior. But when I try to set this up in SafeSend Webhook configuration with my endpoint and the x-api-key, it fails with the "Unauthorized".

Has anyone used PowerAutomate for this webhook setup before or is there is a non PowerAutomate way to do this - I'm open to any suggestions!

  • Did you ever get this to work?  We are just beginning to explore using the available APIs and are considering using PowerAutomate.

  • Hi Avani

Can you let us know if you have used API's to download the forms through safe send API?
