SafeSend Returns - K-1 File Path Too Long

Situation: Some K-1 recipients are reporting an error when attempting to download their documents. The error states that the file path or file name is too long. 

Workaround: Save the file to a different location, like the desktop, to shorten the file path. 

Feature Update: We have submitted a request to our Development team to put a character limit in place for K-1 file names. These requests are reviewed and, if accepted, will be implemented. These changes can take some time.
