Allow Clients to Turn Off Reminders
It would be nice if the clients had an option to turn off reminders/"opt out" when they receive a reminder email. Like somewhere they can click right from the email stating that they no longer want to receive the reminders. We are doing this multiple times on a daily basis for Organizers and Returns for various reasons. It would definitely be helpful for our firm.

Thank you for the wonderful suggestion! Adding in more prompts and action items for the customer without them having to open the access link could be very beneficial. We will make sure to provide this feedback to our product team.

Yes, the client should be able to stop them without having to call to get it taken care of.

Maybe also the option at the same time to notify the firm if they no longer want to receive notifications because they've already had their return prepared elsewhere.
