Adding a credit card convenience fee when clients pay for their return
Hello!
I've been looking all morning for ways to add a convenience fee to our clients' tax returns. We use Ultra Tax and I can't find anything on adding a percentage-based amount fee. Is there a way SafeSend (partnered with Stripe) can generate a convenience fee based on invoice amount when clients navigate to the "Pay Tax Return Invoice" section of their dashboard?

Thank you for your feedback! I have submitted this as an enhancement request to our Development team. These requests are reviewed and, if accepted, will be implemented. These changes can take some time.
In the meantime, you may want to reach out to Stripe to see if there is a way to include the fee at the time of payment. Alternatively, you may want to add the fee amount to the total invoice amount.
