Require payment after viewing but before signing
We would like to see a feature to require payment after viewing the return but before signing. We do not have the feature on to require payment to move past the invoice to review the return because we do want them to review it, but once they move past the invoice a lot of people forget about it.

Thank you for your feedback! I have submitted this as an enhancement request to our Development team. These requests are reviewed and, if accepted, will be implemented. These changes can take some time.
In the meantime, you may want to reach out to Stripe to see if there is a way to include the fee at the time of payment. Alternatively, you may want to add the fee amount to the total invoice amount.
Our firm is new to SafeSend and we like the feature to have the client prompted to pay their invoice but we would also like the client to be able to review the return before they pay their invoice.
I echo this request! We unfortunately do not use the require payment feature because our clients would like to at least view their return before signing. This is a simple feature that Docusign offers - at a significantly lower cost than SafeSend. It would be great to see this feature prioritized and implemented given the cost we pay per return through SafeSend - without the functionality of ensuring payment is received.
