Ability for the client to view organizer answers and custom questionaire after finishing

After a client hits the finish button they are asking where they can see the answers they have filled in on their organizers and custom questionaire.  Would be nice if they could go back to a view version.

    Thank you for your feedback! We have submitted this as an enhancement request to our Development team. These requests are reviewed and, if accepted, will be implemented. These changes can take some time to complete. 

    Once the questionnaire/organizer is completed, it can be downloaded for review, but I can see how a preview option would be helpful.

  • Totally agree. The ability to view and edit if needed, especially the spouse after the taxpayer has done their best but have answered something wrong.

  • Totally agree as well.  We get many clients asking how they can print out their answers.

    In some cases, a "yes" response to a custom question requires additional documentation to be uploaded.  If they can't see their questionnaire, it's unlikely they will actually upload it. 

    Also, it would be great to have an upload area for clients to upload as they complete the questionnaire.

  • Yes, this is necessary for our firm to use the custom questionnaire. Since it cannot be printed, viewed, or reopened, we have to go back to the default questionnaire.
