API Questions - Multiple Files and Archive?

We have the SafeSend Signatures API set up to auto download documents that are electronically signed. The API seems to be working but only for cases where a single document was signed. In cases where I send multiple documents to sign, to a single signer, they do not download. Is this a limitation of the API or is there a tweak we can make?

Also, it doesn't appear there is a way to archive clients after documents have been downloaded, via the API developer portal (for signatures, again). The only API listed is "Document Signed". Is there a way to do an archive, after download?
