Client Management Export

We used an export of our client data from Client Management to create a batch csv template file for a batch upload of organizers this tax season.  The problem we ran into was when you download your client information from Client Management, the taxpayer name (first and last name) end up in one excel field instead of two.  The phone number also downloads the country code and mobile number joined together in one excel field.  In order to copy and paste the info into SafeSend's csv template for the batch, we had to manipulate the data to break out that information into two separate columns.  It would be helpful when you download data from Client Management if the taxpayer name field was broken into taxpayer first name and taxpayer last name.  As well as the phone number be broken into taxpayer country code and taxpayer mobile number.  The same goes for spouse name and spouse phone number.  This would save a lot of time and avoid the need to manipulate the Client Management export data and we could just copy and paste directly into SafeSend's csv template for batches.
