Clients being able to access and print organizer BEFORE answering custom questions
We would love for the clients to be able to access the organizer immediately as opposed to waiting until they have finished answering the custom questions. I think that this somehow plays into making sure the mandatory questions are being answered but does anyone else think this or just me?

Yes, and being able to print the questions would be helpful to some clients.
SafeSend, please add this feature as soon as possible. I am getting continuous phone calls from clients that like to print it and hand write on the organizer before they proceed electronically. I have to go back into Ultra Tax to be able to print for them and send via PDF.
This is our first year using gather AI and we have been overwhelmed with calls from clients asking for a printed copy of their organizer because they liked to print and use it as a guide for collecting their documents. Please add an option to allow clients to print the organizer early in the process so that we don't have to keep doing it for them. The lack of ability to print has cause a large portion of our clients to move backwards and request paper organizers for next year.
Hi Alison, I agree with you! What I have done is have them mark everything as complete, download the organizer and then I reopen everything. It is a pain but solves the problem for now.
Looks like I said the same thing a year ago. Really disappointed that this was not added as an option with the updates. I am still printing organizers for clients that like to have the paper copy and then upload once they get everything together.
Agree - we have clients asking to print their organizer as well before they work on it digitally.
