Message to Client inside of Gather
We have found that the message to the client on the landing page of the Gather lists the Taxpayer name and not the Spouse name when a married filing joint accesses a Gather Request. The message, "Welcome <NAME>" does list the spouse name, however, the message below, lists the taxpayer name in the full message.
It would be helpful for our clients' spouses to see their name in the message because we have had a few clients confused by the difference.

I would recommend you use the <RECIPIENT> variable to achieve what you're looking for. This variable will populate either the taxpayer's name or the spouse's name, depending on which link they are using to access the Gather request.
