NA's Showing a Complete Organizer
I can understand why when a client marks NA on all the documents listed on an Organizer why it would show as the documents at 100%. However, it would be helpful if there could be a different way to portray this. We have gone in, seeing the request at 100%, and then there is nothing to download because the client has marked everything NA. Is there a way we can download a report that shows that the client marked these items as NA? That would be incredibly helpful for preparers.
