Client Portal - Send File
The client portal seems great - with a few exceptions
1. No way for firm to run a list of clients using this
2. No "column" to show the icon in SSR, SSS, SSO, SSE to show who's using
3. When client creates portal - "SEND FILE" only goes to Exchange. So if a client uploads organizer documents, the documents aren't associated with the organizer - it is just an attachment sent to Exchange. Too many locations for staff to view where documents are.

There is a link icon next to delivered items associated with Client Portal accounts, but more clear reporting on who is using the portal for what would be helpful. The following article outlines the current features of the Client Portal.

Also - anyone with your portal url link can create a portal and you have no way to not allow them to be added or to remove it.
