Bring Back "Download Now" in Organizers
This week after thinking that new client organizer uploads just weren't downloading, we noticed the tiny and short popup that said they were waiting in the "My Downloads" folder. I reached out to Support to ask about this, as all of our settings were still on "Download Now", and was told the developers made this change recently in order to "limit the amount of download failures that care caused by large file sizes." I don't think we've EVER had a failure in the past - if file sizes have been too big, they've automatically gone to the "My Downloads" folder, but 98% of the time they go straight to our computers just fine. This new change is causing us several more clicks per download, and it adds up over time. Please bring back the ability to "Download Now"!

I've said this before and I'll say it again -- I totally agree with Kari. We've NEVER had a failure downloading files in the past so I'm not sure why this change was made. It is now much much more cumbersome to get to the downloads when you are talking about hundreds and hundreds of file downloads. Please please bring back the "download now."
Yes! Not just Organizers, we are experiencing this on Gather as well. We’ve spent lots of time trying to find our downloads. And now many more clicks to get to our downloads. I agree with the others, we never had failed downloads for file size. If the Download Now is no longer an option, why is it still listed and why was it talked about in webinars? Please reinstate this to give us the option!!

Please, please, please fix this as soon as possible. Using "my downloads" is a nuisance and time waster. It isn't intuitive or user-friendly.
