Client Portal Contact Information

Please add ability to enter additional contact information in Client Portal.  Our firm has multiple offices and already this is becoming an issue with clients from all offices sending contacting and sending files to just the one office.  The admin staff is needing to search for which office and partner the client belongs to so they can then forward the information.

  • Love this! The fact that you cannot add an admin and a relationship contact is an issue. Great idea!

  • Yes, the point of creating multiple offices is that you can separate out the client group based on the people who work with that particular set of clients.  Then having only one support contact for the ENTIRE client base makes zero sense.

    Our Kentucky office doesn't even have the ability to see the clients of our California office or Texas office or New York office and vice versa so if something came in we would have no ability to know who to even forward it to.
