My Downloads
Your new "upgrade" of only allowing the downloads to go to "my downloads" instead of directly to the downloads on our computer is creating an additional step. It seems redundant. We have never had a problem with the download function as it was before. During tax season every little bit of time saved is appreciated. Your change to how this is not helpful. Please bring back the previous download function

Agreed, Also, creating all the little subfolders for every little document within the zip file creates extra steps.
Yeah, it looks like your "team" really does not care because those extra steps still exist in 2026. Does anyone who works there actually consult with tax professionals?
Agreeing that this creates an extra step - and confusion. If you click to download files, they should immediately download, not queue to download.
